How long will the work take?

This will depend upon the condition and size of your car. It will also depend upon how accurate your own description is surrounding the imperfections of your paintwork.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability and accidental damage insurance cover.

Where are you based?

We are in the North East of England, based in the Tyne Valley, approx 18 mile West of Newcastle.

How far will you travel?

We will consider any distance within a 30 mile radius FOC. Outside this radius we would apply a charge of 30p per mile. If a booking requires and overnight stay, subject to the level of work and the distance involved, we would expect to be reimbursed for the accommodation costs.

Can I bring my car to you?

Yes. We can undertake the work at our premises - or we will travel to you.

Do you need a garage to work in?

Yes it is much preferred, but we will require a water and electricity supply.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash / Paypal or Cheque with card guarantee.
